No it was not, we launched as pepecoin. Soon after launch Pepe became falsely labeled as racist. This was prior to defi being available as means of exchange/distribution. We kept the source code and all related things as pepecoin. Exchanges listed as meme because of controversy.

The project was pepecoin at its launch. Due to the political climate at the time we were forced to temporarily name the project memetic on bittrex only. Everything else stayed pepecoin including the source code itself, the branding, the cmc listings and more..

Yes we were indeed relaunching in 2021. Our dev “John Villar” of xcp however died just before we were able to do that. We couldn’t have done it without him.. this was another blow that we had to overcome. The death of a beloved community member doesn’t make us losers or lazy

Yea the execution has been flawed. The virus evolved as corona type viruses do and created hundreds of vaccine resistant and immune escape sub lineages. We got scammed by pharma. We need something better. A vaccine that prevents transmission.
