A good change in theory - more touches on the ball, higher intensity matches at 3v3 is always a positive. Even higher demand on facilities and the number of coaches to volunteer their time are the big concerns, especially on the Fylde Coast.

Spent the last few days down in Cardiff for the final few days of my journey with University of South Wales on the Sports Coaching and Development Degree. A busy, challenging but rewarding few years. Onto Graduation in July!🎉🎓

Came into the fold in our Youth Team a couple of years back and not only a top lad but what a player.👏🏼 . Took us up to another level. A pleasure to coach the limited time we had with him before his move to @AcademyFTFC.🤝🏼

During our Tech Dev Programme sessions, we place a huge emphasis on fast decisions under pressure. 👀 | Check a few examples of how our technical detail transferred into games in different ways - 1v1, 1v2, passing, first touch when receiving aswell as snapshots finishing.
