the last 5 times I’ve been to an Amex lounge, it’s been full and had a massive queue (all at different airports btw). you’d think they’d at least start putting seats in the waiting area or offering customers refreshments while waiting. anyways… @AmericanExpress after how many.

my mental & physical priorities this yr: .- whole foods, limit fried food, 0 alcohol .- sub 4:30 marathon (down from 4:57).- walk/bike instead of take the train.- go from 1->5 pull ups.- read 50 books.- do a backflip.- gym 4x/wk.
