Incorrect @elonmusk. Insulin was discovered in 1921, but the patent was sold in 1923 for $1 Canadian dollar. Humalog insulin hasn’t changed since the mid 90’s, yet it’s price went from $21 in 1996 to $320+ in 2022. It’s not complex. Insulin should be free. #insulin4all

Daily reminder that a vial of insulin keeps me alive for a week and, in the US, costs the same as an Xbox Series S. Imagine being forced to buy an Xbox every single week for the rest of your life in order to not die. This is reality for 7 million insulin dependent Americans.
