Last Nutrition MVP of camp: @OjBurroughs. I give OJ a lot of crap for not eating enough carbs, but it’s all jokes. Maintaining weight during camp is hard, but he did it to be in the best situation for season. Remember when you weighed 172#??🤣 Proud!!

Dean did it himself - stuck to his nutrition process and kept pushing past each plateau💪🏼 To lose 9# every practice and still come in 230+ the next morning shows his dedication.

Blake Herold weighed 180 pounds as a freshman in high school. When he committed to #KUfball as a DT in 2022, he weighed 245 pounds. Now, in his second year in the program, Herold is 295 pounds and figures to be a part of the DT rotation this fall:.
