Kansas State safety Colby McCalister is set to enter the transfer portal, his rep @milesjordan40 of @jordansportsgrp tells @On3sports. The 5-foot-2, 198-pound DB has 50 career tackles, 2 pass deflections, sack and forced fumble. Will have 2 years of eligibility remaining.

You've got Missouri on the slate next year, but not again until 2031, IIRC, which does stink a little bit given that the Booth will be under construction next year and reduced capacity. After that you have home and aways with Washington State and Virginia.

Nice to see Kansas no longer in the top 10 for toughest jobs. Says a lot about how far it's come in the last five years, particularly from an investment standpoint.

One of the things I was proud about with these rankings with @The_RyanWallace: We saw every player we ranked compete in pads. Of course, we'll miss on a guy or two. That happens. But it was so important (and exceedingly rare with rankings) to evaluate everyone in person.
