Received 9 calls today from Paisabazaar, RBL Bank, and Bajaj Finance. I block the number each time, but they always call from a new one. I've set DND everywhere and repeatedly asked them not to call, but it doesn't seem to work. If someone makes a solution for this and charges

I am an MMT Black customer, have done more than 2 Lacks worth of bookings from MMT in the past year, and nobody is willing to help me here. Please can you look into this? @makemytrip @makemytripcare @deepkalra JasmeetSingh

Our trip is planned for the 26th of May, so either provide me with an alternative flight so that we can proceed with our trip or otherwise provide me a full refund of my tour package amount.

Even the hotels that were booked by MMT accept that they are ready to provide a full refund in such a situation. So why is MMT putting customers in a difficult position instead of helping them?

Upon asking for the cancellation, the customer service agent told me that they won't tell me the refund amount as of now, they will only tell me the amount if I confirm the cancellation and there is no going back after that, this seems like #blackmail and is totally #unethical

Most of the hotels themselves are providing full refunds in such special cases and #MMT being their partner should be able to negotiate with them.

As this cancellation is the airline's mistake and not my fault, at such times #MMT

They told me that the round trip flight cost that they paid was only Rs 14,500 which they will refund to us that too only if the airline pays them back. Also currently, the flights are available at around Rs 55,000, and it is not possible for me to book at such a high price.

I never signed up for @Bajaj_Finserv but I constantly get calls from them even after having DND switched on. What is the dark magic? From where are they actually buying our data? How do you deal with this constant flow of sales calls?

Frustrated by the huge number of spam calls I have been receiving from @HathwayBroadba9 , to recharge my broadband, even though I have told them repeatedly that I am out of town and won't be using the connection for another month. This is no way to retain customers. #stopspam
