Underrated career advice: Listen more than you talk. You’ll learn a lot about how the company or program works if you just listen for the first 3 months on a new job. People will tell you what they like and don’t like if you listen closely.

Mental speed > physical speed. Everyone complains their players don’t make quick decisions. So give them less decisions. This is what we’re doing to start. Once you embody the basics, you can layer more. Sometimes you can drive back to the pass, or back-to-back drive, but why?
