A conversation with @alexlowe30 has reminded me about The Korean Siesta ⚡️🇰🇷💤. (I first learned the name from @itskyleconner) – the act of having a 3-5 minute nap around 80% on an IONIQ 5 / EV6 / GV60. I never knew the name for it before the out of spec videos, but we see this

Clocked up over 400 miles yesterday popping between Be.EV Hubs across the UK ☀️. Along the M6 I spotted two unmistakable little R5s, so I give them a wave as I powered on…. Only to bump into them 100 miles later at our Carlisle Hub! Two guys from the Renault press fleet dropping

Nearly 10 years on, the Model 3 recipe is still a solid one: long range, great spec, liveable size and storage, whilst being super efficient yet impressively powerful. This one takes it up a notch yet again – Alex and I had a blast ⚡️📸.
Latest review is now out, this time with the super, super fun @Tesla Model 3 Performance with 460hp and 0-60mph in only 2.9 seconds. Video: Special thanks to @_james_gee_ for assisting with the tracking shots/rollers in this one, legend 👍. @tesla_uk

Bonus point… battery temperature reached around 60°C whilst charging! Then a rapid cool bringing it back to a happy 30ish°C. Thermal system rocks in Model 3 🔥❄️

Added 25kWh in 14 minutes, grabbed my coffee then enough juice for another 100 miles or 1 hour and half of driving… not even enough time to finish eating my toastie!. The reality of EV road tripping – quick volt-and-bolts where charging quickly becomes a non-issue ⚡️☕️

For the nerds – late 2022 build, 46k miles, 96% battery SoH, EAP, matrix, Ryzen (AND parking sensors!). Can’t wait to chuck so many more miles on it. Smile machine 💚.
