Hanoi will ban all combustion motorbikes from July 2026. From 1st July 2026, all combustion motorbikes and scooters will be banned from inside Ring Road 1. From 1st January 2028 this will extend to Ring Road 2 and ban cars. Learn more - via @the_interface_.
