How can you can get a more complex integration like facial recognition right while it’s a problem to just edit name, upload documents and submit form on the same website. Just explain cos I can’t seem to understand one bit.

Surprisingly @nimc_ng uses facial recognition on their self-service modification website for both sign-up and login, after paying $30CAD for name change,to upload documents and submit form is now wahala for over 3weeks. Had to pay another $70CAD to do it at an enrolment center…
