4/4 Q5 What is the future for our public finances given the size of Government borrowing needed to cover the costs of covid-19 and context of the once in a generation macro-economic shift we are now experiencing?

3/4 Q3. How are we going to tackle the inequalities in our nation that covid-19 has, once again, highlighted and is now exacerbating? Q4. Do we need to rebalance our state machinery and devolve more power from central government to local government?

2/4 Q1. Do we need to do more, as a nation, to better manage the big, way of life changing, risks like covid-19? Q2. And given that most of those risks are supra-national, do we need to do more to create the effective international infrastructure that is needed to manage them?
