#3 Agility without discipline is just chaos. I’m setting clearer rules: - Thesis-driven entries - Time-bound expectations - Willingness to exit even if the long-term story still sounds good The strong alphas come from being right at the right time, not for being early forever.

#2: Trade with intent, more than identity. No more “I’m a ___ chain maxi.” Only: - Where is activity actually happening? - Where is liquidity flowing now? - What behaviour is this design incentivising? Belief without evidence is just bias.

#1: I realised how easy it is to become myopic in crypto. Too loyal to a few chains. Too anchored to past cycles. Narratives shift faster than roadmaps. Even the most profitable teams face weak token performance. Ecosystems really don’t owe us returns for our conviction.

This year’s market was unforgiving in a very specific way, where capital no longer rewarded belief like in the past cycles. I made good calls. I overstayed others. And so I'm looking forward with some key thoughts. 🧵 @DeadKingSociety
