So if you think helping people is what makes you happy, and if you are ready to take a big hit on your private life and time, because you 100% should be available for your community every day of the week - then this just might be a dream job for you, and just go for it.

Now obviously it will be expected of you to be an innovator and come up with different ways to grow your community and to engage it. You will need strategies, campaigns, documents and ideas. But my point is - this all comes naturally if you just genuinely CARE.

And this applies to life in general, not just web3. Focusing on self growth and improvement goes perfectly with this role because it allows you to experience a bunch of different phases and types of projects and communities. You won't stop growing unless you'll want to.

It should be about being there, trying to help no matter what. It should be about teaching people and learning from them. Growing together. One of the most important things I learned from working as a CM is that you can learn something useful from ANYONE.

This means doing everything you can if your community will benefit from it. It means adapting, listening, understanding and most importantly it means GIVING A FUCK. What do I mean by that?. I mean caring for people no matter what. It shouldn't be just about work and profits.

What is Community manager?. Community manager is moderator, collab manager, marketing assistant, advisor, social media manager and more IF NEEDED. CM is someone involved who genuinely cares about the group of people he/she has been assigned to take care of.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT 101. Not in the best mindset to write something groundbreaking right now but I don't see people explaining this topic well enough in my humble opinion. So expect this thread to be messy cause I'm not a Twitter guy and I don't care about structure right now.
