Page #5: Please be cautious to take any product from ICICI - be it FASTag or insurance or bank account (personally noticed service degradation in my savings account as well)

Page #4: Now, my expectations for a smooth transactional experience with them are very low. I've noticed that others are switching from ICICI to HDFC FASTags, and after watching some videos on the topic, I'm considering doing the same.

Page #2: I’ve repeatedly contacted their customer care, and each time they tell me to wait just one more day. They even suggested I visit the Indian Post Office to check the status, which I did, but to no avail.

Page #1 My experience with ICICI FASTag has been terrible. I ordered two FASTags at the same time for two different vehicles, both to the same address. While one was delivered, the other still hasn’t arrived even after more than 15 days.

Hi @JioCare, @reliancejio I want to change my current prepaid yearly plan which I recharged yesterday (25th December), I thought data limit is 24GB which would be renewed every week but it's for the entire year. Please suggest what can be done, can I pay delta amount & upgrade?

Affordable segment is a new tool fr collecting money frm common man. Developers collect money in a time bounded manners and default possession. Even @signatureglobal defaulted possession & disrespected #GST law by not passing full #ITC benifits to its customers.

@Rajeshjain1999 @cmohry @mlkhattar I wonder still there is no national policies on stamp duty or #maintenance charges specifically in affordable segments. #Rera too an eyewash. Looks like many loopholes with an intent to trap homebuyers for filling pickets of developers, politicians, beurocrates, and bankers.

Not sure what to say about your customer services rating @bharatmatrimony The issue is still there. False commitments before payment and now whenever I can your staff shamelessly say that it would be activated in around an hr. I called 3-4 times today, all in vain. VeryShameful

@bharatmatrimony: Poorest service, earlier your representative (tabhish Siddiqui) said that he would enable both the portals (bharat and khatri) at the same moment of payment, but it has been almost 3 days it's not even activated.

now what I can talk about the authenticity of the database this company has. Also I have observed that invitation come comparatively more before payment and thereafter it's almost full stop even if u buy profile highlighter and same is on weekend as well @bharatmatrimony

#ICICIBank : Not able to do any fund transfer, tried NEFT, RTGS and then ttied to test if IMPS is working or not, it also threw same error. All attempt was via iMobile Android App. Error msg: Sorry. Your transaction could not be processed. Please try again.(#0004) Please help
