The Draghi report contains one of the most spot-on critiques for the current state of EU industrial policy I have read so far. And it comes with some solid ideas on how to move forward. Here are the three main takeaways.

Finally a powerful coverage of the Israeli onslaught by @CNN. Think about how many of the 30K+ Palestinians killed could have been saved, had this been the standard of coverage by western media in the past five months.

It’s hard to comprehend the deaths of 12,800 children. We put up figures of children on our studio walls - one for each child killed in Gaza during the war. They’re dying from airstrikes and now malnutrition and dehydration. These are some of their stories.

On my second attempt, after getting to the interview stage in the last round, I was awarded an @ERC_Research #StartingGrant for a project studying the role of cultural stereotypes in #EU governance. Being rejected stung, but I learned a lot in the process. A thread. (1/18)
