We got big project out today about Chicago’s lead pipes. The news is we mapped them all. The big idea is that Chicago residents are living through public health crisis, and we wanted to help them visualize their place in it. @grist @WBEZ @insideclimate @Suntimes

The second part of our lead pipe series aired on @WBEZ today. Chicago was supposed to send about 900,000 warnings to tenants, homeowners and landlords about their lead pipe. We found that more than 90% of at-risk homes have yet hear anything from the city.
