Just received my Memcard Pro from @8bitmods, thanks! This was the last piece to add to my final PSX setup to go along with the #gbscontrol I built and the X-station from @CastleManiaRyan a while ago. And a DFO and X-reset from @ConsoleMods too.

I did have a moment of panic afterwards when I couldn't get any video output, not even a blank raster, but it turned out to be just a tiny solder bridge between the pads of pins 10 and 11 on the SNES CIC chip, even though both pins had already been lifted from the pads - phew!

Another mod from @ConsoleMods installed - a #switchless #supercic mod for a US SNES mini. PAL Yoshi's Island booting at 60Hz with no region warning - brilliant! Excuse the messy RGB wiring from 20 years ago... #retrogaming #SNES #SuperNES #consolemodding
