Cross laminated dogfish sausage roll 🐟. The current roll includes dogfish sausage meat with black garlic (thanks @__Feast__ !), and house fermented chilli sriracha. What we particularly love is the collaboration on this dish with @VittleBakeshop aka the pastry kings and queens
