I mean they won 17 games last year and drafted 5th which is exactly where the mid-bad players start. Nobody needs to see philly, Dallas, San Antonio move up when they won 7, 17, and 22 (!) games more than Utah did

well my first response is who cares about the jazz they want to lose and their fans want them to lose but regardless if the NBA doesn't want the jazz to tank year after year they can solve the problem by getting rid of the lottery and giving them a good player 5 years ago
