Made top 400 on the OU ladder on showdown with this Mono Electric team I made, pretty proud of it considering the fact there isn't a single OU pokemon on the team. Might make a video on it because it was a lot of fun coming up with this team and figuring out how to win with it

Doing SH instead of FH to have a consistent frame window to NIL2, using the entirety of the up tilt hitstun to give more time to react & properly set up your NIL timing and placement but also to keep them lower so you're able to land the finisher are things all Steves should do

I think a lack of implementing small optimizations to NIL combos is a huge part of why these combos aren't seen as often as they should, delaying the NILs as much as possible to allow yourself the biggest window to react is the key to making these options be a consistent threat

Would anyone be interested if I made an in depth NIL guide for Steve? I think one of the biggest things restricting some Steve players at every level from going for them is struggling to find consistency in either the timing of the NILs or the combos themselves

Won IFN on Monday, some aspects of my gameplay were meh throughout bracket but I've been feeling better about adapting to gameplans. A lot to work on overall but I think I'm slowly starting to see the type of playstyle I want to stick with long term.

I never understood the concept of actively witholding information within the community, just overall leads to less discoveries and general community game knowledge and makes the meta develop slower
The scene is very weird about always sharing stuff to the world What if I just wanted to hold stuff to me and some homies? (Not saying I am for Steve but just in general)

Hear me out. What other character has an uptilt they can do WHILE WALKING and JUMPING? That comes out THAT quickly That can lead to a 63% combo to any character in the game? Tell me that mashing that single up tilt is anywhere near comparable to Puff grabbing Fox in Melee??
