Experiencing a @Microsoft365 account takeover for my business. Unknown user was added and my global admin accounts were deleted. I have 2 tix “assigned” for 4 hrs now. I have 40+ employees & yrs of propriety data at risk, no support # to call, no resolution. Need help asap. Ugh.

How is this even feasible for the average homeowner? FL wants everyone off @citizens_fla but there’s nothing remotely affordable. It’s homeowners for a 2/2 1150sqft 1956 home. It stood through Andrew and is completely updated. @kin should be ashamed bc this is ridiculous.
