I have retained counsel to appear in the Delaware Court of Chancery to challenge the plaintiff’s fee request in Tornetta v Musk et al. I voted for the CEO Performance award in 2018, and voted for the ratification now. While I’m active in the case, I’ll refrain from commenting.

@_SFTahoe I'm happy to see that at least some are waking up and realising that Lidar as well as their architecture was and is a massive mistake, as it's a development if you want it or not, moves the solution into a local maximum from which the only way to escape is to go back to square.
