My overall takeaways from this incredible conference:. 1. AI is disruptive, but not an existential threat to the creator economy. 2. The creators who thrive will be the ones who learn how to use it.3. Lean in to your humanity - scars and all. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

And finally, @balancedblkgirl taught us that consistency creates luck, so don't wait for it to come find you. Stop performing, start aligning, and discover that luck isn't random; it's strategic.

My current favorite author @neuranne gave a great talk about her new book Tiny Experiments, sharing why traditional goal setting can be dangerous and encouraging us to embrace an experimental mindset.

Ultraspeaking co-founder @Montebello gave the best talk of the conference IMHO, giving us not just some tips on overcoming the fear of public speaking but also a blueprint for learning new skills.

Delphi co-founder @daraladje gave a great talk about how the fear of AI is nothing new. He shared some historical examples of other disruptive technologies, explained how LLMs are simply pattern recognition machines, and shared just how much people crave real human connection.

New author @AmandaMGoetz announced her new book (which looks amazing!) and taught us to embrace the role of the relatable hero, sharing our story and helping others by building in public.

Tori Dunlap encouraged us to serve before you sell, which requires getting clear on your ideal customer and spending time where they are (not where they're not). She encouraged us to view social media as a search engine but to build on our creator businesses on land that we own.
