The Reds were tied for the fourth-worst average swing speed in baseball (71.1 mph) and were dead last in fast-swing rate (15.8%) this season. #GetValaiked

Forgot to account for last night's game, so the Reds' win percentage is even worse (.154) than what I listed above đź«

Sal >>> Locker room needs more of this and less of "this is a playoff team" everytime the team is 2 games over .500

The sense of accomplishment ended at Sal Stewart’s locker: “No sense of accomplishment. I lost the team the game. Simple as that.”

Worst win percentage in the postseason since 1996: Reds (.167) Twins (.231) Pirates (.375) Not only have the Reds failed to advance in the postseason since 1995, but they've only made the playoffs five times since then — and each appearance has been miserable.

Maybe the most uninteresting “good” #Reds team of my lifetime. They backed into the playoffs with a ton of luck, which bought everyone involved more time. They’re still cheap and the problems on the roster cost money to fix. Oh, and they employ a manager who thinks it’s 1995.

Make it 8 straight postseason losses, the longest playoff losing streak in franchise history.

This is the first lead the Reds have had in a postseason game since October 9, 2012, when they led the Giants 1-0 after two innings in game three of the NLDS. Don't ask what happened after that.

The Reds have lost their 7th straight postseason game, tied for the second-longest active streak in MLB. Only the Orioles currently have a longer losing streak (10).

Before that last inning, Todd Frazier had the only bases-loaded walk in Reds postseason history. Sal Stewart and Elly De La Cruz join the prestigious club.

This is now the most runs the Reds have scored in a playoff game since their 9-0 win against the Giants in game two of the 2012 NLDS.

The Mets collapse is gonna paper over this disastrous season/leadership and justify doing nothing to address it this offseason. Even when we win we lose.

Glad they kept Ke'Bryan Hayes in to bat with two on and two out so his glove can help keep the deficit at six.

The Reds have scored a run in the playoffs for the first time since an 8th inning solo home run by Shin-Soo Choo in the 2013 Wild Card game.
