(1/3) Biases that affect performance reviews (link to research in thread 🧵) 👥 Groups stereotyped as less competent have to keep proving themselves. 43% of people of colour + 31% of white women had at least 1 mistake mentioned in their evaluation, compared to 26% of white men.
