A few more guesses for $WKHS merger partner: 🚚 Harbinger Motors backed by Tiger Global, Coca-Cola, Thor Industries. Thor, and Bimbo Bakeries are already customers. 🚚 Motiv Electric Trucks backed by Winnebago with Aramark and Bimbo Bakeries as customers.

Any guesses out there for $WKHS merger partner? Zeus Electric Chassis would be a good fit with a complementary vehicle lineup in work trucks. $JBLU venture unit invested in Zeus's Series A funding round... It makes a lot of sense.

Even if $DTST is only valued at the $40m, shares should be up more. $40m / 7.12m shares out = $5.62 per share. That's 28% upside from here.

$57.6 million valuation ÷ 7.12 million shares outstanding = $8.09 per $DTST share. If that seems high, keep in mind the stock actually reached $8 in May 2024.
