Our flow reactor has now started testing zeolite-based samples from academia and industry. Samples are being tested by real-time mass spectrometer under 20 sccm 2%CO2 gas flow. If you have interesting samples and looking for CO2 trapping performance, please contact me:)

Colloidal synthesis of shape defined nano structures are highly sensitive to the experimental setup and control parameters. Precise and accurate injection pumps are highly needed. If you do not like the syringe pumps in the market, do it your own as we did 😍.

All you need to do is ''UPLOAD your script'' by a click of mouse. No matter how long it is. SPECSON WF manager will do all the processes and will execute all the steps unattended by controlling the gas flow and temperature with the high precision!.

Our catalysis station is finally flowing !! The first test done by SPECSON workflow (WF) manager which allows for complex recipes to be executed fully autonomous. My group and SPECSON engineers are now working on the graphical design and full integration of online gas analysis🤞

This system combines both FTIR and TGA instruments for advanced evolved gas analysis. If you wonder which gas evolves when your sample thermally decompose, this is exactly what you need. We thank a lot Prof. @m_zahmakiran and his colleagues for choosing our company !!.

Good news for the Turkish chemistry and chemical engineering community🔔This week SPECSON team and I installed TGA-IR interface at Bartin University Central Lab, Turkey 🇹🇷. This interface totally designed and manufactured by SPECSON engineers under my supervision.

Control unit and reactor furnace with 3 thermocouples and its outlet connection to the RGA200 gas analysis unit are all done. Our catalysis station is almost ready for the heating and gas flow in a few days.

Things are getting into a good shape. We started cabling, boxing, and all the tubings to complete. My research group and SPECSON team is working hard for the tidiest and fanciest reactor cabinet for heterogeneous catalysis ever :) Still more on the way
