I call @UHC to ask a question. They tell me I have to speak to @Optum. Optum tells me I have to call @UHC. UHC transfers me to optum “provider services”. I’m a member. Call UHC. UHC says I have to call Optum. This is how @UHC makes health worse and commits fraud. @BillAckman.

Get told by @Optum they don’t handle these claims again. They say they are a third party contractor. Another lie. So either @UHC so poorly trains employees or they are committing fraud. I wonder….

Call @UHC to understand why physical therapy claims are denied after surgery. Told I have to email a specific person @Optum. They say they dont handle this. Call @UHC and ask for supervisor. Put on hold for 30 mins to be transferred to someone who is not a supervisor. Hour later.
