The rhetoric speaks to acknowledge our plight however I do not see enough tangible action. I think investing in educating the african girl child is the 1st step

@IdentitiesH Inequalities of opportunity for children, especially those in resource poor settings has life long impact as it tilts the bar against them. It is an injustice to have embedded discrimination in education and learning opportunities based on class.

How do schools teach ICT without the basic infrastructure and tools
