@dcislamabad Issuing such notices and taking action previously haven't served any good. Being DC you are here to have negotiations and facilitate in line with government policies / rules. Not to just warn and fine. Do you have any policy / way forward prepared for this ??

Please provide them an alternate land on monthly rent away from residential area and commercial markets for safe parking. That would be a better option and will on long term serve.
