Such a fascinating statement from someone who suffers from and overcomes schizophrenia. Chance encounters make one realise that any life-affirming practice is not about 'knowing', but rather a belief of some sort that gives one a grip in the turning of the world.
The best thing about the excellent Schizophrenia Bulletin, IMO, is the first-person narrative series that they've run for decades. For example, this well-written account by a philosopher of how he manages his symptoms:

After two weeks of twitter detox, I am pleased to see this paper out in @BigDataSoc! Don't know whether I will survive in academia but at least I finally found a place for a paper that takes 3 yrs!.
@YuShanTseng identifies conditions in which algorithmic–human relationships orient towards empowering citizens in decision-making through plurality, actionality, and power decentralisation.
