I have so much to say about this and for some will not be popular. H-1B has some value; however, it's been so abused that its value has been diluted. It needs a total revamp. The $100,000 fee is a good start.
The H-1B visa was sold as a “high-skilled immigration” program. Instead, companies are applying to use it for jobs like…7/11 cashiers. Here are a few of the absurd H-1B applications that companies have recently filed. ⬇️

The @amex Platinum benifits are amazing for travel; however, now I'm retired, discounts on avgas for my plane and various boat owner benifits (marina stays, diesel, part, etc.) would be a welcome. I can honestly say lululemon discuounts don't apply to me. :-)
