This is an incredible cider! Get to applefest for the best celebration of the year
This will be available on keg at the @HerefordCAMRA @CAMRA_APPLE cider bar from 12 noon next Saturday #HerefordAppleFest High Town Hereford. Probably the best cider in the 🌎

We love Bag in Box, and this is a fantastic piece on the positives but also challenges it faces in 2023!
In this week’s brand new piece @Adam_HWells takes aim at bag in box cider, and asks what the industry could do to improve draught quality at the point of dispense. With art from @hannahlock. Read it here: https://t.co/a2nFtWAQRz

We had a fantastic Octoberfest, 20 plus beers on draught, some great costumes and bands! My favourite beer wasn’t any of the German lagers or Belgian beers we had but @QueerBrewing Tiny Dots, their pilsner. So much flavour and refreshment in 1 pint, while being crisp and clean.

Here's something fun to brighten your Monday. TL;DR it's a myth that IPAs were preserved by their heavy hopping. Rather, it was Brettanomyces fermentation encouraged by hop creep which did the job. (1/7)

Packed out for the pub quiz! Me and Kieran are struggling but we think we've smashed the picture round. Pints of @thornbridge astrydd make it much easier

Huge visual difference between the sourdough starter with juice on the left and the sourdough starter with water on the right. The smell is also completely different, much cleaner from the juice. On day 3!
