Although I have driven along Malmesbury Road in Chippenham hundreds of times, it is only when you walk slowly around peering at buildings and looking for datestones and such like that you come across...

Now that we have finished the interviews for our C&T Harris Factory project we are working with @JillMisson to create a soundscape for Calne Heritage Centre, so that everyone can hear the stories we have discovered. We are hoping to have this ready for March 2025!

Back in the summer the brilliant @ljordanmusic worked with local Brownie and Guide groups, held community workshops and spoke to project partners to create a song about Maud Heath. We are really pleased to share a recording of the song with you today. https://t.co/jYAiVoJidB

Today we are in the Calne council chamber collecting peoples memories about working at the C&T Harris Factory. This will be our final week of recording for our @HistoricEngland project. In the new year we will be able to share some of our interviews through a soundscape.

Under this bit of the infirmary in #Salisbury once stood a medieval gaol where an alleged #witch, Agnes Mylles, was taken in 1564. She was tried and then executed at a spot now a roundabout just up the road. Visiting the site makes me sad.

Our C&T Harris Oral History project highlights that some things change and others stay the same. Does anyone have tea and cafe in their office every day?

I cannot wait to give this lecture & highlight the role the city played in an early witchcraft trial and its aftermath. Thank you @sarumchron for the opportunity.
