Thinking about the time that I signed up for snorkeling in Costa Rica because I wanted to see sting rays…and overlooked the “deep sea” part. I’m terrified of the ocean and can’t tread water but nothing two pool noodles couldn’t fix. Got my moneys worth.

Lately me and my roommate will ask each other “Are you feeling like a 280 today?” Our Step 2 energy went from 🥺😭->😤😎 Pro tip: find an accountability partner and crank out a daily randomized 40 block together. Takes us about 1.5 hours and makes UW fun!
