That explains alot. That explains why booting windows takes so long. That explains why after the booting the start menu feels so rough and unpleasant . That explains why responsiveness of the start menu feels so hard and tuff. That explains alot. And it's only the start menu.
tfw you find out that the start menu in windows 11 is literally a react native application that causes a spike in cpu usage every time you press the start button
