My project went viral on reddit!!! ๐คฉ I've been locked in for months building this project... For the last few weeks I posted on Twitter with barely any results. So I decided I need to do more things and to start promoting it in other places. I've been active in the

Last update on this post: Supabase restored my project. The CEO @kiwicopple reached out and I shared my feedback, he provided explanations about why its happened and took full responsibility for the shortcomings. Technical issues happen, my main problem was with their support
๐จ Why I will NEVER use Supabase again (and recommend you don't as well): Yesterday, I tried to restore a database to its previous backup via Supabase UI. After a few minutes I got this message: "Something went wrong while restoring your project... your project is inaccessible

Mention feature -> then benefit Always. Biggest mistake people new in sales make is sell the features not the benefits.
โFastโ is a feature. Fine. โLoads in 1msโ says the same, but more evocative. โ1ms load-times means you iterate faster -- more enjoyable and more productive!โ is the feature and the benefit. Get better at marketing.

Freedom is not about what you do but what you choose to do Having the choice to work a lot or take breaks/off days whenever you choose makes such a huge difference

Man these are my favorite stuff in Twitter. Juanjo always been a nice guy here and so cool to see someone succeeding when you saw them a year ago in a totally different spot
My Daruma got a new eye. I made a quick recap of my 2 years building in public. From quitting my job to going from 0 to $10k MRR. What's next? ๐

Migrating from Supabase to self hosted VPS with @better_auth - done โ
Took me 3 hours (most time for api routes)
I always give shit for my wife for not exiting any of her tabs. Now it saved me. My project is completely inaccessible in supabase, luckily I had a tab open on the backups page and I could download a backup. Time to migrate to @better_auth and @coolifyio ๐จโ๐ป

This ๐ Volume is just as important as quality, maximize both with quality preferred
For a long time, I just worked 16-hour days. Not because I thought I was a genius, but because I was obsessed with solving problems. You do that for years, and you accumulate experience at 2x the normal speed. You see twice as many bugs. You make twice as many mistakes. You

8 hours later Project is still down and completely inaccessible to users Nothing I can do besides to wait for Supabase support, not even download a backup!! Cmon @supabase you can do better than that, this is not how you deal with a client having an outage

I'm getting desperate now, posted in Discord and let's see if it helps. I hoped it'll at least be fixed when I wake up 0 response from supabase, I have stuff I gotta do in the project and there are paying users that don't have access to it now and I can't even get the backup

Some of the dangers of Supabase: - Tried to restore a database to a previous version - Have 10+ minutes of down time (fine, knew this could happen) - Restoring failed now entire project is inaccessible and I gotta contact Supabase support to get it back up. No live chat or

Lipari, Italy ๐ฎ๐น โฌ๏ธ Most nomads don't think about going there, it's a small island near Sicily and isn't known as a nomad destination We spent two months there in March and had a blast. What we liked: - 500 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment near the beach, we slept with the
