Last update on this post: Supabase restored my project. The CEO @kiwicopple reached out and I shared my feedback, he provided explanations about why its happened and took full responsibility for the shortcomings. Technical issues happen, my main problem was with their support

Mention feature -> then benefit Always. Biggest mistake people new in sales make is sell the features not the benefits.
“Fast” is a feature. Fine. “Loads in 1ms” says the same, but more evocative. “1ms load-times means you iterate faster -- more enjoyable and more productive!” is the feature and the benefit. Get better at marketing.

I always give shit for my wife for not exiting any of her tabs. Now it saved me. My project is completely inaccessible in supabase, luckily I had a tab open on the backups page and I could download a backup. Time to migrate to @better_auth and @coolifyio 👨💻

I'm getting desperate now, posted in Discord and let's see if it helps. I hoped it'll at least be fixed when I wake up 0 response from supabase, I have stuff I gotta do in the project and there are paying users that don't have access to it now and I can't even get the backup

Moving email providers sucks, I did this during launch and it's a shit idea, gotta warm up the list and start sending slow If you're going to move email providers make sure you're ready for a few slow weeks of sending emails
