So this was my resturant at 8pm on a Saturday night in my small little independent restaurant done on a shoe string these are the tables of guests that decided to book 2 restaurants and not show even though they were confirmed... i don't think i can take much more HELP!

Not trout but definitely salmon or Kahawai!
Would work well with Kahawai, also NZ trout. I can't remember using Salmon in NZ @YBRFish ?what other fish would you recommend? Oily Omega3 filled?
