It's time the government was honest with us on the cost of Sizewell, just months ago they scoffed at the suggestion of a ÂŁ40bn+ price tag, today they reveal it's ÂŁ38bn, but that's in 2024 money - it won't be built for another ten years, pushing ÂŁ50bn is a realistic estimate.
