Last week, we were extremely lucky to host the 'English is Not Enough' day. From farming industry (Viv Menon), medical-charity work (Pete Roberts-MSF) and tech business (David Binns-Sanako), Y9s were shown the diversity of opportunities learning a language (or +) can give us!

Today, Year 9 and DY have discovered the Japanese Tanabata 七夕 festival (7th July). Part of this festival is to make wishes (たんざく) and to hang them on a bamboo tree. Despite not being bamboo, we had great fun and lots of beautiful wishes have been made! おつかれさまでした!
