caused in a Swansea hospital where he did not receive enough oxygen. His mother too, was ignored. We spent 6 days in hospital - several mistakes w/ Lumbar Puncture, suspected Sepsis, jaundice, & records I had to alert them to. Turns out a nurse wrote a different child's notes 4/5

It was so obvious to me & later to the nurse that baby was struggling as she gave him more air/oxygen, then he was taken to the Neonatal unit for 20 hrs or so. I always thank God for this nurse & my vigilance - based on the hospital experience of someone with Cerebral Palsy...3/5
