Only just learned of this sad news. He was an approachable editor and brought a lot of positive changes to the pages of @WritingMagazine.
Today saw my 1,000th published magazine piece. That same magazine carried the news that its former editor, Jonathan Telfer, has passed away. Without his encouragement and support, that published figure wouldn't have reached that tally. Thank you, Jonathan. RIP. @WritingMagazine
