Same thing happened with Stellar Blade, it's so fucking weird. I understand wanting the native dub, I do not understand specifically seeking out Japanese dubs of non-Japanese media if it's not a language you speak. Feels hella fetishising.
I've seen people on the WUCHANG subreddit who hate English dubs yet they're playing the game with Japanese dubs instead of the original Chinese. People who don't even speak Japanese. That is a wild mindset to me. Anyway the English dub goes hard as fuck and they're missing out.
