Didn’t make the opening day roster as I suspected but Henriquez has arrived.
Playoffs were a mixed bag but looking forward to what Henriquez can do if he makes the opening day bullpen. Only reason I question if he makes it is because roster spots might be at a premium and he has options .

Kershaw was just supposed to be here for the vibes and 3K strikeouts but he has actual been a rock in the rotation. Helped bridge the rotation til guys got healthy.
Clayton Kershaw last night: 5 IP, 1 ER 👑. He’s now allowed 2 runs or fewer in 12 of his 17 starts this season. The GOAT just keeps doing GOAT things. 🐐💙

People forget Pages had shoulder surgery in 2023 and guys usually struggle after that. Not surprising to see him improve from his 24’ numbers by a good margin.

It’s funny how people blame Roberts for Conforto still being around as if it’s his call to DFA him. This is a FO decision to make.
@Wittman7 Oh please. He hit that homer off a guy who the DODGERS should hire to pitch batting practice. Rushing isn’t a big league hitter. Besides, Coach Roberts has been throwing Conforto out there almost daily and laughingly, even used him to pinch-hit.

It’s funny this gets brought up every series lol. Yet every Dodger Padre series Roberts says he has to tell the Dodgers to match their intensity. Sure doesn’t sound like dodgers get up any different for these games.

All in all the Dodgers won 4 of the last 6 vs SD which we would’ve all gladly taken before the 2 series. It’s just losses to teams like the angels and Rockies that have cost them.

If Dalton Rushing is good the rest of the year we’ll look back at this game as a turning point. Dodgers in a dire situation facing a sweep and Roberts showed Rushing he has confidence in him. Got rewarded.
