Arizona is upset its wine drinkers order wine they can't find in state from out-of-state retailers. So, they are undertaking "sting" operations against these wine shops. Why not just legalize wine shipments from out-of-state wine merchants?

Too many states ban wine shipments from out-of-state wine stores and this prevents you from accessing the products you want, but can't find locally. HOWEVER, that's the point of the ban: To force you to buy only what the politically connected middlemen sell.

The best wine retailers with the greatest selection of wine want to sell and ship you wine. The fact that your state won't let you receive that wine is due entirely to powerful middlemen in your state who don't want competition.

Wine lovers need to know about these lawsuits. If the wineries, brewers and distillers win the right to NOT use wholesalers, that means consumers will have access to far more craft products than they currently have. https://t.co/8BAHSSxVnZ
