Yesterday in Palorinya Settlement, we handed over new classroom blocks, latrines, and girls’ changing rooms to replace the semi-permanent structures that often flooded. Learners can now study in safer, fully furnished classrooms. #EducationAccess

From ideas to impact In Madi Okollo, out-of-school youth, refugees, hosts, women & youth are pitching business and innovation ideas that could transform their communities. This is part of the #IUPSHIFT by @WindleUganda with support from @IloProspects .

Each nutrition assessment tells a story of recovery. Across @WindleUganda supported schools, our nutritionists continuously track children once malnourished, now healthier and more energetic, fueled by daily fortified food under our school feeding programme. #SChoolFeeding

Music, Dance & Drama (MDD) is more than performance, it’s powerful storytelling. In WestNile, through @USEEPUg, students are using drama to speak out against GBV, child marriage, drug abuse, and school dropouts and to show what’s possible when hope and education win.

Happening Now: Training for teachers from @USEEPUg project schools in Kamwenge, Kabarole, Kasese, Bunyangabu, and Kitagwenda Districts. The training focuses on enhancing teachers’ capacity in data collection and reporting to effectively track student enrollment and cases of VAC.

Strengthening education through better data. With @ceforduganda & @JOYFORCHILDREN, under @USEEPUg , we’re training head teachers and data focal persons across West Nile & Southwestern Uganda to improve data collection & use for stronger child protection and learning outcomes.

Data collection plays a big role in tracking, enrollment, dropout rates, and cases of VAC. Today, we’re in Kikuube District training Data Focal Persons from @USEEPUg schools to strengthen data management & reporting systems for improved child protection and education outcomes.
