How do all games matter? Simply put thereâs no more âquality losesâ if you lose 2 or 3 games and donât make your conference semis, you donât get a shot at the natty. Conference championships matter and directly tied to winning the natty. Win your games, simple

So how does Week 12 work? Week 12 would turn into a week where teams are paired against conference opponents they havenât played. 1-4 in conference are put in a conference semifinals on campus. Rivalry week is moved to week 11.
