In 5 sleeps, I’ll be attempting to push my lanky, weary frame around the City’s roads in London Landmarks Half Marathon. Never ran this distance b4. I’m running for Thriftwood School, Galleywood, as part of @OfficialCCSC hike from Aberystwyth to Weymouth in April. Any pledges 1/2

Tough slog at The Gaza today, heat, ageing bodies and a talented @Abridge_CC side meant another difficult gig but we came away with a draw. Abridge 277-6 (43 overs) Gale 187-9 (47 overs)

The story of our game yesterday v @MatchingGreenCC A great battle, but we fell just short. MGCC 233-5 Gale 208-8 Notable performance from @RoanneCrouse (64) but Matchings experience saw them home. Always a pleasure to see old friends at The Green 🏏🙂
