Despite the spivs & toughs I find the voice of Ray Brooks one of the most reassuring sounds in the world. Something postwar about it: makes me think of smoke rising from a fire built by kids on a bombsite. He voiced all those public safety ads, too. Probably saved all our lives.

Finished reading #TheColdCase , making me all caught up with the DI Alex Finn book series! Absolutely incredible reads from all of these books that I enjoyed every page out of them. Thankful for my sister for getting me into the series, and for @WillShindler for creating them!
